When this customer approached us their house had completely flooded and was half ripped out when another lockdown hit. They contacted Kookaburra Homes and we took their project on to complete the renovation.
After a few alterations to the property, we renovated the entire house. A few areas were opened up to make this a more free flowing property and the addition of underfloor heating was added to the entire ground floor. The house had two new bathrooms fitted, a central communal kitchen area with a luxury kitchen, electrical upgrades and the installation of an air source heat pump and a quality plumbing installation. The house was decorated throughout with a unique interior including high quality fitted joinery, natural stone and engineered oak flooring.
